The Lakari camp site is located in magnificent ridge scenery on an isthmus between two lakes, about 6 km south of Virrat towards Ruovesi; signs from Main Road 66. Cottage accommodation ranging from camping cabins to holiday cottages with private saunas and beaches. Plenty of caravan and tent places (about 18 ha), some with private beaches. A scenic café, a lakeside sauna, a swimming beach, a kiosk selling groceries, etc. A nature trail leading to the Toriseva gorge lakes; the Pirkan Taival hiking trail passes through the camp site. Fishing grounds within easy reach include the Herraskoski and Kotalan Kosket Rapids. You are welcome to enjoy the peace of nature! Nature is Lakari’s best asset. Open from 1st May to 30th September.
